Blurb:
One lie. One crazy, dark, dirty lie turned my world upside down. It dug its claws into my life, altered my future, and clouded my past.
I thought I was over him. The one who lied. I thought I's moved on with a successful career, a fat bank account, and a secy boyfriend.
All that changes when Owe Henry walks back into my life. He's out on parole, standing on my front porch, looking sexier than ever. I want to hate him for what he's done, but all I can do is think about how great his lips felt on mine the last time we kissed.
I'm so screwed.
Review:
This book had me wondering what we do if we came face to
face with an ex-boyfriend.
Owen was confessed to something that he didn't do to protect
Stella. He broke up with Stella, so she can continue with her life. But Stella
is back in town and the connection is still there.
Stella left town when Owen broke her heart. Now she is back
in Indiana, fixing a house that she inherited from a foster parent. The house
needs some repairs and Owen is part of the work crew. Sparks fly and truths
final come to light.
Love the book. Wish there were a few more chapters.
