The Model by Harlow Layne

The Model

Release Date: March 15, 2020

Blurb:

The moment I heard Ryder’s voice I was a goner.

As a photographer, I was used to working with beautiful people, but Ryder Williams was the most perfect male specimen that had ever stood before me. I knew without a doubt it would take no time at all for him to be the next big thing... or for him to steal my heart.

Model and photographer, we shouldn’t cross that line, but there was no stopping the passion we felt. Nothing else mattered. Not the age difference. Not that he was a client. Not even our pasts.

After my assistant caught us together, he was gone. I tried to put him out of my head, until fate threw him back into my life and my bed.

Time and time again we’re brought together, should I keep fighting or finally accept what my heart want?

Review:

Lexie and Ryder fell in love at first sight. The chemistry was so strong from the very beginning. Ryder is tall, handsome and sexy as hell. Lexi is beautiful, tattooed and has blue hair.

When they first meet each other, Ryder’s voice is the first thing she notices. When she sees him, she thinks he is gorgeous and most likely an asshole. But Ryder proves her wrong every step of the way. He is a good guy and her perfect match.

Ryder is the model for the campaign that Lexi is a photographer for. He finds her to be the sexiest women in the world. When the photo shoot ends, one thing leads to another and they have sex. Ever since that day, Ryder thinks about Lexie all the time. It is not until they are both in Hawaii that they finally exchange phone numbers and things go from there.

Ryder is the good that Lexi needs in her life and Lexi is the inspiration and support that Ryder needs.

BLURB

Don’t ever tell your mother that your boss is your boyfriend.
Right in front of him.

Just don’t, trust me.

Hudson Stoll is the grumpiest grump I’ve ever met in my life. He’s never liked me much and calls me anything but my real name. His favorite rendition?
Opie.
My name is Liv, and because my mother is a grade-A pain in the ass who’s always complaining I can’t keep a man, I blurted out Hudson was my boyfriend just in time for my dad’s birthday party.
Didn’t come without consequences.
As payment for my brain-to-mouth malfunction, I’m now Hudson’s personal bitch for the next three months.
No, literally.
I go on coffee runs, order his food, and have to tackle mindless tasks around the parlor. I mow his lawn, trim the bushes, and wash his monstrous Harley. Oh, and let’s not forget listening to him complain about how I’m not doing something right and how I have a big mouth.

Pffft. Takes one to know one.

But throughout my temporary servitude, one thing becomes crystal clear—he’s interested in so much more than me simply getting the job done right. Hudson stares at me like he’s about to devour me in one bite, and I’m no one to judge him because, honestly, I’ve done it plenty of times myself. It’s hard not to when he’s a wall of muscles covered in tattoos.
Don’t even get me started on the beard.
We’re not supposed to act on our “relationship”, though…
It’s not real.
He’s not mine, I’m not his, yet he can’t seem to keep his hands to himself, and I have a problem saying no.

Don’t ever tell your mother that your boss is your boyfriend—because things can and probably will spiral out of control.

And I personally wasn’t ready for the hard fall I took when he found out about the daughter I kept a secret the whole time.
